Keitaro scores two tickets to Neverland and plans on asking Naru to go with him for the grand opening. However, a new face appears and his name is Sakata Kentaro. He’s richer, better looking, and smoother than Keitaro. He also has tickets to Neverland. Things don’t look so hot for Keitaro.

Spring Break… Love Hina style! Naru, Keitaro, and Mutsumi have taken the entrance exam for Tokyo U yet again. However, before the results are announced, Keitaro disappears. Where did he go? Secretly concerned, Naru acts like she doesn’t care, but the pressure’s too much. After getting a call from Seta saying that Keitaro’s on the same tropical island he’s on, Naru sets off to “rescue” him. Keitaro, meanwhile, has met a girl named Nyamo who is following her own dream. Keitaro decides that he can help her and forget about Tokyo U and Naru at the same time. It’s paradise. That is, until Naru arrives followed by everyone else!

Seta has to leave on an excavation trip and asks if Sara can stay with the girls. Sara doesn’t take too kindly to this and tries to ditch Kaolla on an island until her boat pops. Meanwhile Keitaro and Naru haven’t made up yet, so Keitaro starts spending some time with Shinobu at the festival on a “dream date” but somehow Keitaro and Naru keep bumping into each other at different events.

Keitaro and the gang are still working at the Hinata Beach House. One of Motoko’s fans confronts Motoko about being too soft since she has let Keitaro stay. Motoko decides to go on a secret mission trip to a haunted island. Meanwhile the four-eyed guys duo convince Keitaro to take Naru to the same island as part of a love-love expedition. They invite the whole gang, but are surprised when they see Motoko there, and then some paranormal activity where an evil spirit can possess someone. That someone turns out to be Naru, and it is up to Motoko to try an ultimate technique that she has yet to master.
